The platform is dedicated to real estate listings available with Yazan Al-Asiri. No property is published except after executing a brokerage contract with the owner, issuing a real estate advertising license under the name of Yazan Al-Asiri, and satisfying all requirements. Offers from other brokers or marketers are not accepted.
Publishing Conditions
- Providing accurate and updated property details.
- Entering the electronic title deed number and its date.
- Issuing the real estate advertising license and maintaining its validity.
- Using photos matching the property and ensuring no misleading information is included.
Review
The platform reserves the right to request additional data, reject a request, or suspend a listing upon license expiration, violation detection, or failure to meet requirements.
Reports
A suspicious advertisement can be reported through the Complaints and Reports page.
